About this item

This sling has an expansion gusset that allows it to grow to accommodate an extra jacket or a couple bottles of wine. When the load is lighter, it self-compresses. It offers plenty of organization with various pockets and compartments, including a quick-access front pocket with a key clip, an internal soft-lined pouch, slip pockets, pop pockets, and mesh zip pockets. The zipper opens from both ends, creating an ultra-wide opening that allows easy visibility and access to everything inside without rummaging. The comfortable and adjustable shoulder strap can be detached from either end, ensuring easy access no matter how you wear the sling.

The sling is made with durable, water-resistant ripstop nylon, which is made from 100% recycled industrial nylon offcuts. It measures 12.6 inches x 7 inches x 4.7 inches. The strap has a minimum length of 36 inches and a maximum length of 62 inches.

What is it made of, and is it water-resistant?

This sling is made from durable, water-resistant recycled nylon. The coated zipper offers additional protection from rain.

Will it fit my water bottle? How about my iPad?

The main section of the bag measures 280mm/11in long and 200mm/7.9in tall, which means it can fit an iPad 10" as well as any water bottle shorter than 280mm/11in.

Is it good for carrying a camera?

This sling can easily accommodate a point-and-shoot or mirrorless camera along with your essentials. If you have a larger camera or multiple lenses, we recommend the 10L Camera Edition of this sling.

What sizes are available?

The Venture Sling is available in three size variants: 6L, 9L, and the 10L Camera Edition. These slings can hold a surprising amount for their size thanks to the wide opening and dual-direction zipper.
